The approximately cylindrical occluder (1) comprises an elastic-plastic material with a base surface (11), a cover surface (12) and a skin surface (13). The occluder has a deformable skin surface during implantation in a recess in a vestibule-septum in a variable end shape different from permanent initial shape. The end shape is defined by the shape of the recess in the vestibule septum, and the occluder has a traction system (6) for a specific resetting of the occluder in the implanted condition.
