The system (10) has an annular piston (16) arranged coaxial to a clutch release bearing that is provided with an inner ring (12). The piston partially penetrates the inner ring of the bearing, and a connector (28) connects the piston with the inner ring. The piston directly contacts the inner ring, and the connector is connected with the piston in a form-fit manner and with the inner ring in a force-fit manner. The connector is integrally formed in shape of an annular flange with a casing element (32), where the flange is formed as a disk spring. An independent claim is also included for a tool for assembly of a release system.
