The beaker (1) has a handle (4) arranged at a lid (3) and including a guide web, which corresponds with a guide element. The guide element is arranged at a container (2) e.g. microplate. The guide element is brought into engagement with the guide web for providing clamping force in a closed condition of the beaker for pressing the lid on the container. The handle is designed detachably from the lid. The handle includes a rotational axis relative to the lid, where the rotational axis is arranged eccentric from another rotational axis of the handle relative to the container.
