The apparatus has a sheet (1) formed in shape equal to or larger than a palm as a cushion or as a molded part made of foam. One side of the sheet in designed as a smooth and flat work surface, and another side of the sheet comprises finger loops (2) for finger, where the loops are arranged, so that fingers are fit closely to one another. The molded part is formed from flexural elastic material, and comprises partially open or closed projection to pass fingers through the sheet.
