SIP anchor points to allocate common communication protocols

The concept of a centralized communication protocol is provided. Anchor points, and in particular Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) anchor points, serve as a media and connection control point that is created by a user and can then be used effectively by a communication protocol service. Such a communication protocol service is able to determine precise and real-time communication subscriber information for a communication session and to assign a centralized communication protocol to it. Such a communication protocol is therefore available with high availability and scaled horizontally with regard to several users in one system.
