The arrangement has an attachment element (16) fastening a holder (10) at an attachment point (18) of a body of a passenger car. Another attachment element (20) fastens a lower bottom lining at an attachment point (22) of the holder, where the attachment point of the lower bottom lining is arranged related to vehicle high direction i.e. Z-direction, outside a coverage of the attachment point of the holder at the body. The holder comprises a bridging element (24) between the attachment elements, where the bridging element is formed as a flat element.
