The coupling device (2) has two form closure elements (12, 14) connected with each other in a form-fit manner for connecting a drive element (4) i.e. drive shaft (8), with an output element (5) i.e. displacement body (6). Guiding surfaces are formed at one of the form closure elements for guiding one of the form closure elements into the other form closure element before the form closure elements are connected with each other. The guiding surfaces represent guiding chamfers for a form closure edge of one of the form closure elements to be guided.
