The heat user/external heat user have water connections (7), lamellas, pipe loop structures (8) and a pump for circulating carrier fluid between the heat user and the external heat user during operation. The heat user is covered by a separate, mobile insulation in summer months. The insulation is demounted in winter months. The insulation holds the increased water temperature of the external heat user relative to the heat user. Pipe lines and module connections are provided with a seal and insulated. Sensors control water exchange in the heat user/external heat user.
