The water is moved into a swirl (3) in a duct (4), and a rotating wheel blower (5) is supported on the latter duct and driven by pental forces, so that sediments flow to a filter (6) and are deoxidized in a channel (7). A falling pure water duct is opened out at the center of the container and surrounded by the rotating wheel blower.
