The plate (1) has a hard, weather-proof and heat conducting outer enclosure manufactured with different roof tile patterns on outer sides. A holding structure is formed inside the plate such that the plate is fixed in underground by screwing the holding structure. A water draining structure is formed in grooves that are mutually formed on sides of the plate. A photovoltaic system is integrated into the plate from outer sides of the plate. The holding structure holds photovoltaic panels. Empty pipes are embedded in the plate for electricity installation.
