A LED chip (220) is arranged at a fastening region (212) of the printed circuit board to uniformly distribute light, which is emitted by the LED chip through the lens. A lamp shield (230) covers the lens to protect the lens and to scatter the light, which passes through the lens. The light is provided at a light emission angle of more than 300 degrees.
