The apparatus has a tape unit (12) including a coupling device (13) for firmly interconnecting two locations of the tape unit in an operating mode. The coupling device includes two separately formed coupling elements (14, 15), which are coupled together. The coupling elements have a space between each other, where the space corresponds to total length of the tape unit.
