A method of forming an algorithm for laser-induced plasma emission spectroscopy in accordance with an embodiment comprising: determining a mathematically mostly different data record from a plurality of spectral data sets in accordance with of materials; dividing said spectral data sets in model development of data sets, and a result of assessment data sets; automatic converting a development of the model data sets with a processor in a first boundary model, which defines the first spectra; the removal of the first development spectra of the model data a partial data set of development, etching in order to obtain data etching; determining the mathematically next different spectral data record from the spectral data sets; converting the subset of the development of data sets in a second boundary model, which defines the second spectra; and combining of the first boundary model and of the second boundary model by the algorithm to form the laser-induced plasma emission spectroscopy.
