The occlusion device has two main portions that are provided at proximal end and distal end respectively. The distal end is arranged above the diaphragms so as to seal atrial appendage entrance (5). A lid is provided at the proximal end of occlusion device. A fastening hook provided in hook region is arranged towards the lid. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing intravascular occlusion device.
