The frame (1) has a blind frame (A) fastened to a building aperture, and a wing frame (B) for receiving a glass pane (2) and attached at the blind frame. Each of the frames has inner frames (A1, B1) and outer frames (A2, B2). The inner frames and the outer frames are firmly connected with one another by core frames (A3, B3) made of plastic, where the inner frames and the outer frames are made of timber. The core frames are made of bars (3, 4) with hollow chambers (5, 6) extended in a longitudinal direction. The hollow chambers are filled with heat insulating material e.g. foamed plastic.
