Interlocking nail for fixing implant for treatment of fractures of e.g. head of proximal femur of patient, has convex rounded surface tangentially placed in wall of inclined perforation and outwardly extended in direction
The nail (1) has an inclined perforation (10) provided at a proximal section and receives a pin, a bolt and a screw i.e. femoral neck screw. The perforation runs inclinedly to an axis of the nail. Edges lying at an entry end of the inclined perforation in a proximal region (8) and/or at an exit end of the inclined perforation in a distal region (9) are rounded such that convex rounded surfaces (12, 13) are formed. Each rounded surface is tangentially placed in a wall of the inclined perforation and outwardly extended in a direction.
