The pipeline has a liquid plug-in connection with a cannulas with a tubular inlet end inserted into circulation channels (6a, 6b). A tubular outlet end is inserted into a liquid connector socket of a windscreen wiper blade receptacle. Heating conductors (7a, 7b) are electrically connected to form a conductive heating coil, which partially extends in proximity of the cannulas of the liquid plug-in connection up to outputs of the cannulas. A guide carrier of the coil is provided between the liquid plug-in connection and a power plug.
