The device (1) has a unit of a hydraulic system (2), particularly hydraulic cylinder, or a pneumatic system passing a compressive- and pre-tensile laminated disk assembly (3), where the disk springs (3') are formed as counterpart provided with a screw thread or a threaded bolt. The laminated disk assembly consists of predetermined multiple disk springs that are stacked over each other to a cylindrical column, where the disk springs are pressed together by the hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The hydraulic- or pneumatic cylinders are arranged in a bracket (5) fixed with laminated disk assembly.
