The treatment template (1) has one or more bone graft absorption cavities (7) that are formed corresponding to jawbone (2) for receiving bone or bone replacement segments. The drill guide openings (4) are formed in the template for guiding a drill bit, when drilling a bore channel in the jawbone for insertion of a dental implant. An extraction instrument is guided to an extraction point (12) of jawbone through the guide openings during removal of the bone graft. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) method for manufacturing treatment template; and (2) method for using treatment template.
