The electronic PWM drive circuit has a PWM generator (3) which is connected to driver (2) connected with load (1). The duty cycle of control input (12) of the PWM generator is controlled by changing pulse width, while supplying electric power to load. The control input is directly or indirectly connected with a device for measurement or determination of the load current. An independent claim is included for method for PWM driving of solenoid valve for motor vehicle brake system.
