The structure has a door frame (17) arranged around an opening of a boat bridge (15) and associated to an opening frame made of glass. The door frame has external and internal fixed sash parts (20, 21) associated to the bridge and the opening frame, respectively, where a position in height of the internal part is adjusted with respect to the external part to adapt a position of the opening frame at thickness of a coating (19) of the bridge such that the opening frame is extended in prolongation of the bridge. A sealing unit (24) is fixed between the internal part and the opening frame.
