Wetting liquid (I) comprises a mixture of distilled water, a surfactant and alcohols. An independent claim is included for a process of visual evaluation of color on tinted surfaces, comprising: depositing (I) on the tinted surfaces; after spreading (I); and evaluating and/or developing the visual point of the color on the tinted surfaces.
