The accessory has a semi-rigid support block of silicone material and a flexible observation plate (2) applied against an abdomen of a human body. A support case encloses an endo-pelvic ultrasonographic probe (6). An electromagnetic antenna (9) is introduced into an endo-pelvic cavity of the body. The case has compressible thickness so as to obtain contraction-relaxation muscular movements by touch sensation and to digitally locate a position and an orientation of a head of the probe on the plate via a digitized, recordable and reproducible electromagnetic location device.
