The hub has rings (23) diametrically integrated between a polygonal support ring (17) by rooting zones (30) obtained from annular end flanks (20, 21). Radial cylindrical housings (24) of the rings receive variable setting blades (15). The rings are equiangularly placed in solid and continuous type side periphery (19) of the polygonal ring. The rings are separated from each other by intermediate zones (31), where the intermediate zones defined between the rings and the flanks are sealed. A connection device connects the polygonal ring to a rotor element of a turbine of a turbomachine.
