The assembly has a base module including wheels (19) to receive complementary modules assembled in a removable manner on the base module and/or cases of a freight type container. Motorization units (15, 16) and an electric connection unit are connected to a nearby railway module. The base module has a longitudinal beam (8) in the shape of box. A cable is connected to an electric connection unit arranged at an interior of the box. The complementary modules has a primary module providing energy i.e. hydrogen, in the form of fuel to a nominal power module and/or a overpower module.
