The structure has interior tubes provided with adjustable covers equipped with a threaded rod with a counter nut. Turnbuckles are articulated with networks of extrados and intrados tubes by collars, and permit tightening of determined positions of the collars on the extrados and intrados tubes. Turnbuckles permit tightening of fabric parts of an envelope. Base plates of fins (11, 13) are fixed at the extrados tubes. A lightning rod (219) is equipped with aluminum bars that are connected with each other.
