The vehicle (1) has storage reservoirs (R1, R2, R3) receiving a liquid petroleum product contained in a storage tank (C), a mixture of mud accumulated in a bottom part of the tank and cleaning liquid of the tank. Pumping units (2, 3) implement communication of the reservoirs with the tank to be treated. A storage unit (8) stores an inertization product (I). A lifting unit (7) loads and unloads the tank. A plate (11) supports the reservoirs, the pumping units, the storage unit, the lifting unit and a storage space (E) of the tank.
