The device (1) has a small board (2) that is made of plastic, metal and wooden materials, where the small board comprises a central opening (3) extended and surrounded by four shoulders in a shape of claws (4) provided on a periphery with a rectangular frame (5) for protecting hands. The rectangular frame is extended by stiffening and flatness ribs (6). The central opening accepts necks of all known diameters and a conical part of a metallic tin.
