The rack has a hollow tool mount formed on front end of a clamping element (20). The tool mount has an upper surface, a lower surface, a front surface and two sidewalls. A tool hole is formed through the upper surface and lower surface. A mounting slit is formed through the upper surface, the front surface and the lower surface to communicate with the tool hole. Two recesses are respectively formed in the sidewalls, where minimum distance between the recess and the tool hole is smaller than minimum distance between the sidewall and the mounting slit.
