The sensor has a storage unit e.g. batteries, storing electric power. A reloading unit reloads the storage unit. The reloading unit includes a converter (34) comprising two chambers (36, 38) separated by a flexible membrane (40) to which a permanent magnet (42) is connected. The permanent magnet is movable with respect to a solenoid switch (44). One of the chambers comprises a deformable wall (46) arranged on the plane of a rolling surface of the road. The deformable wall is made of vulcanized rubber. The flexible membrane is made of monofilm type plastic material.
