The method involves fixing shuttering panels (20) with a concrete flagstone (19) for constructing a part of a water basin, where the fixation of the panels with the flagstone bears efforts applied by an embankment supported against external faces of the panels or efforts applied by filling of water on internal faces of the panels. Empty spaces partially separating walls of the panels are filled with an insulating material e.g. concrete, sand, clay balls and/or plastic balls, where the panels are chosen from a group comprising metal panels, PVC panels and prefabricated plastic panels.
