The device has a carrying rail (3) laterally supporting a solar panel (9). A vertical core (4) is pierced with two longitudinal chutes (6) opened at ends of a wing (5). The wing and the core are provided on sides of the device in contact with walls (12) of the solar panel, where the panel comprises grooves (7, 10) that seal a joint (8). T-shaped, L-shaped or cross shaped connection parts (18, 18 bis) comprise cores (20) placed on a base plate (19). Junction bars (21, 21 bis) are inserted in the chutes and recesses (6 bis) to integrate and align the rail and the connection parts.
