The jet (23) has a non-return valve e.g. flexible membrane system and ball valve, provided with a hole so as to collect ambient air and to mix the ambient air with washing liquid (17). An air intake of the hole is oriented toward front of a vehicle. The non-return valve is opened due to pressure exerted on the non-return valve by relative wind (33) generated by displacement of the vehicle. The air intake of the hole is located below a hood of the vehicle.
