The method involves setting up a casing on a horizontal level according to desired dimensions desired for a prefabricated composite module. The prefabricated composite module is made of stones with variable dimensions and formed in the zone delimited by the casing after having filled the stone by a base of shutter. Reinforcements are arranged on the stones by intersection of metallic rods. A concrete containing natural hydraulic lime (2) i.e. eminently hydraulic lime (NHL5), is glued in the casing to cover the reinforcement. An independent claim is also included for a prefabricated composite module out of stone used for construction of buildings, comprising reinforcement.
