The element has a first face (11ext) and a second face (11int) arranged opposite to the first face. The first face of the element is cleaned by hot fluid (F). The second face of the element includes a nanotube layer (30), and is arranged in contact with coolant of the wall element. Carbon nanotubes are arranged perpendicular to the second face. The nanotube layer is applied on a metal layer for masking the metal layer, where the metal layer is made of platinum. An independent claim is also included for a blade of a turbomachine comprising an internal cavity.
