The arrangement has a case (2) surrounding and turning around a fixed central axle (1). An oil lubrication circuit (7) serves as rollers (4, 5) in the case. The oil lubrication circuit includes an oil conveying conduit provided with an oil inlet aperture to be opened in a case unobstructed annular volume (6) covering the oil. The conduit is extended from the aperture toward the axle and the rollers. The annular volume is defined by an external wall of the case. The conduit includes a bend portion (12) extended under an envelope of a rotating machine, which is exposed to an exterior.
