The receptacle has a receiving support (35) receiving an object. A connecting mechanism connects the support to a foot. The connecting mechanism comprises a base (23) pivotally mounted relative to the foot along a tilting axis (24). The mechanism comprises a beam (30) articulated from a side at the base along a lateral pivoting axis (31) and articulated from another side at the support along another lateral pivoting axis (32), where the pivoting axes are located on two sides of a longitudinal median plane of the foot. An independent claim is also included for a conveying device comprising a conveying line for conveying objects.
