The system (100) has a pedal (116) movable in rotation with respect to a frame (102), where the pedal comprises a support zone for a foot. The frame alternately takes two stable positions on ground or a support. The pedal is pivoted in direction of a needle of a watch under efforts produced by the foot for activating the pedal in one of the stable positions. The support zone of the pedal is arranged in a manner for being positioned at level of metatarsus of the foot in each stable position. An independent claim is also included for a method for changing a position of a pedal.
