The device has a pocket i.e. transparent pocket, for containing parcel mails. The pocket is formed in different shapes and dimensions and placed inside a card envelope at a front part or at a back part. An adhesive flap is integrated at exterior of the envelope. The pocket comprises an opening that is adapted to the parcel mails.
