The system has an electric energy collecting, transferring and storing equipment electrically coupled with an electric supply line (12) that is connected with a current generator. Pantograph articulated arms (18-21) allow collecting electrical current by friction on a power supply track to guarantee permanent electrical contact with the track and charge storage batteries (58) of a trolley-boat (1). Connection assemblies independently connect segments of the track with the electric supply line in a selective way.
