The plate (10) has a hooking part (18) whose maintenance openings (24, 32, 34) maintain threaded rods on the plate along two distinct directions. The hooking part includes a plain portion (20) parallel to an applying part (12) and a wing (28) perpendicular to the plain portion. The openings are managed through the plain portion and the wing. The openings are tapped so as to screw the threaded rods in a female thread of the plain portion or the wing to be maintained perpendicular to the applying part or parallel to the applying part. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an anchoring plate.
