The earpiece (5) has an earpiece part (6) for connection to a glass frame (4), spectacles glass (3) and/or a joint piece (8). Another earpiece part (7) is provided for support at an ear. A length adjusting device (10) is provided to adjust length of the earpiece. The device includes an insertion strut at one of the parts. The strut is reduced in diameter with respect to an earpiece outer contour. An insertion pocket for receiving the strut is provided at the other part. A variable number of sleeve-like spacers and/or interchangeable spacers (11) of different length is threaded onto the strut.
