The device (100) has a cage (102) made of electrically insulating material. A passage (104) for two conductors (106, 112) traverses the cage with an opening allowing installation of one of the conductors. A fixation unit (110) directly acts on the conductors. The fixation unit maintains the conductors in electrical contact and fixes the conductors in the passage. A penetrating pin (108) comprises an endpiece (118) that is fixed on a stripped free end of the conductor. The fixation unit is made of electrically insulating material. An independent claim is also included for a panel of an electrical assembly, comprising a wall.
