The method involves determining a value indicated by a file display (3), and transmitting the value to a remote computer server. A user is connected to the computer server for obtaining the value indicated by the display and profiting additional services by using a computer or apparatus with Internet connectivity. The user is connected via a web address by utilization of two-dimensional (2D) barcode to connect the user to same address without having to dial coordinates of the address or via a specific program for the apparatus with Internet connectivity. An independent claim is also included for a system for broadcasting remote information relative an order of a passage in a queue to allow a user to obtain real-time information relative to a processing queue.
