The device has a plastic part (1) that is used as envelope on which another plastic part (2) is fixed. The latter part closes bottom of the former part to form bottom of a plastic vat, where the parts are manufactured by thermoforming. The former part forming the envelope of the vat is unmolded such that lower portion of the former part is larger in size than that of upper portion of the former part. The former part is provided with walls that close an opening. The walls are unmolded with the former part.
