The device has a pump (1) for pumping detergent product (5) and distributing the product by a T-shaped part (6) in a water-heater (2) and in a thermostat valve (3) to obtain a mixture moderated at the mixture outlet in a brush (4). The thermostat valve ensures regulation of the heating of the mixture. The rise of temperature recognized by the thermostat valve closes gradually the inlet opening of the product coming from the water-heater. The continuous water heater is provided with a pressure controller opening the contact of heater by depression.
