The device has a movable electromechanical carriage displaced, using ball bearing casters (13, 15), on a T-shaped mechanical support rail equipped with copper power supply bars (7) to supply energy to an electric motor vehicle. The electromechanical carriage is provided with hitch balls (2, 3) that are connected to the electric motor vehicle by a drawbar and a power supply cable (1), respectively. A mechanical fixation clamp (4) fixes an electromechanical system by rods.
