The plate (20) has a cylinder casing, and a duct (14) for passage of lubrication oil of the casing. A deflector (21) is arranged in the duct for deviating a part of oil passing in the duct, where the plate is made of metallic material or plastic. The oil is deviated toward a set of ball bearings or needle roller bearings provided in the engine. A balancing shaft in the engine is supported by the bearings.
