The reservoir has a retractable filling trough (1b) integrated with a tank (1a) by a seal (4) so as to be disintegrated from the tank in case of pedestrian impact on the trough. The seal is made of material having flexibility higher than that of the material of the tank and the trough. The seal blocks an opening between the trough and an orifice (16) formed on an upper face of the tank, where minimum inner diameter of the orifice is greater than maximum outer diameter of the trough. The orifice has a thickened flange (8a) that is inclined towards bottom. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a windscreen washer fluid storage reservoir.
