The method involves allocating main transmission resources, an encoding and modulation scheme and a transmission power on each of the resources, (330) to a user of a femtocell network for a given transmission interval to transmit information with a quality of service required by the user. Auxiliary transmission resources are allocated (340) to the user for transmitting another information redundant with respect to the former information, while correlatively reducing the transmission power for transmitting the former information, where the former information is constituted of a data packet.
